Registration takes place as early as possible, usually up to two weeks before the event.
Short-term registrations are sometimes possible upon request, but not guaranteed. The registration must be made in writing by letter, fax or e-mail.

Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail or in writing.
The total invoice amount is to be paid net without any deductions until two weeks before the tour. For trial tours, the payment in cash before the start of the tour.
Credit card payments in favor of the ski school are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org for all inquiries regarding your credit card payments and chargebacks.
Resignation by participants
In case of resignation of the participant we charge the following costs: In each case a administration fee CHF 60.-
30-14 days before course start: 50%
13-6 days before the start of the course: 80%
5-0 days before course start: 100%
Course cancellation / change
For weekend tours, the implementation depends on the weather and avalanche conditions. Weekly courses are not canceled due to weather conditions, but can be relocated to another area. The course management reserves the right to cancel a course / tour if there are insufficient numbers of participants or other circumstances (eg force majeure, unrest, strikes, etc.). Program changes reserved.Further claims from course / tour cancellations or changes are excluded.
Cancellation of the tour or course by the participant
Cancellation or early departure of the course or tour will not be refunded. Any costs will be borne by the participant.
The prices include only the services published in the detailed program and / or on the Internet.
Basically, the participant of the tour is equipped accordingly. Missing material can be rented from us, but must be ordered before the tour.
The participant undertakes to be independently responsible for sufficient insurance cover. In addition to a comprehensive and also for this trip / tour fully valid accident and health insurance (including high mountain risk, rescue and rescue costs) a travel cancellation insurance is mandatory. These insurance policies must be completed by the participant himself. In addition, we recommend that you join the Swiss Air Ambulance as a patron.
Although we can offer you the best possible arrangement as a mountain guide, accidents and courses in the mountains are not excluded.
Reasoned complaints must be reported immediately in writing to the management of the Alpine School Adelboden. Complaints that arrive later than 14 days after the conclusion of the event can no longer be received.
Liability and damages
By booking you recognize the dangers in the high mountains. Even a highly qualified mountain guide is not infallible, because outside marked trails he is confronted with border areas that are never fully manageable. His job can therefore only be to minimize the risk.
By booking, you acknowledge the dangers in the mountains and waive any liability claims against the Alpine School Adelboden, unless this is a gross negligence.
For the sake of simplicity, we use the male form. All regulations also apply to female participants.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Wimmis in the canton of Bern, irrespective of the nationality and place of residence of the participant as well as the location of the service provision.
